    Cannot recommend LITTA highly enough! More importantly your member of staff named Brodie who is just lovely and super helpful. My mum is moving back in with me and have had to get rid of some things and can only recommend Brodie as your point of call when contacting LITTA. So helpful and such good prices. Have yet to collect the items but I can only foresee it being done in a professional manner if the service so far is of such high standards.

    My experience ordering with LITTA was as good as the other reviewers below - the tech is very effective, ordering was easy, follow up by text, email and WhatsApp - all worked very smoothly. The reason for my negative review is the actual collection experience. The delivery team arrived and immediately, with attitude said "this is more than 1 yard of rubbish, mate" - which it was, but I had booked and paid for 2 yards removal and I had sent the requested pictures to LITTA after the order. The team then tried to use the building elevator and I stopped them to tell them it was not available for moving rubbish, large items - only people - which is not my rule, but that of the building mgt. Again, I had indicated that no elevator was available in my online order to LITTA. I told the team if this was too much, they could refund my money and I would find another service, no issues - but they finally agreed to do the job, the whole time complaining. The rubbish was 90% empty cardboard boxes, and the entire removal took less than 10 mins. I even helped by taking the boxes down the first flight of stairs so they would not have to come all the way up the 2 flights. I looked down at their rubbish van and it was almost empty, so there never was an issue with the amount of rubbish, and the empty boxes did not approach the 150 kilo weight I had paid for. In the end, this felt like a removal team who was trying to get an extra fee by claiming the rubbish was too much, and the elevator not available - both of which did not match the order for which i paid 104 GBP. So fully agree on the tech, and the pre-sales service of LITTA, but often the hardest part is to get the human to human part to match the promise - today, unfortunately LITTA fell short on that dimension.
