    Great customer service, our flight had a 2 and a half hour delay but the reservation agent and I kept in touch and the driver waited for us for an extra 30 minutes only for a small fee of £10 additional. The car was clean and smelled lovely and we safely got back home. Would definitely recommend and will use again for sure!

    Fast, reliable, excellent service. You can never beat their rates. Cars arrive on schedule, drivers very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I have recommended friends. Will continue to use their services. This is the second time I have this driver and I cannot fault him. He is a very careful, cautious driver, and very polite.     Great people! I have left my phone in a car and I got it back the next day! So helpful, professional and simply nice people!     When my husband called for a car hire request he explained that our party of 6 had a bus tour which was departing at 7:30AM the next morning. The dispatcher informed him our journey typically took 25 minutes but just to be safe we should allow 45 minutes to allow a 20 minute travel cushion, thus a 6:45 AM pick-up. The next morning at 6:40 AM our party received a text saying the cab was waiting. We ran down several flights of stairs only to discover the driver was not outside. Then several minutes later as we were all waiting outside in the cold, my husband received a call saying the driver would be there in about 10 minutes. By the time the driver finally arrived, his car was not ready for 6 passengers so we had to wait for him to arrange items and put the rear seats up. Then he asked where we were going which wasted more valuable time. By this time I got thoroughly frustrated as what was the point of calling ahead to communicate necessary information and our desire to arrive a bit early if the driver was going to arrive late and unprepared. The whole ride we watched the clock knowing there was a good possibility we would not arrive at the destination in time. We got to the location right at 7:30 AM and had less than a minute to orient to where we needed to be. Needless to say the bus pulled out without us on board. Our party spent £480.00 for this tour. We entrusted and paid Exclusive Car for a service they did not fulfill. AND then we had to make and pay for other complicated travel arrangements traveling via Underground, Overground and bus. We ended up arriving frazzled and late to our tour. This whole experience put a HUGE pale on what was suppose to be a special occasion for our party.

    I have used Exclusive Car Service 3 times, and each time the experience has been excellent! Christine in the office has been extremely helpful, responsive and enjoyable to talk with. Each time, the driver has been courtesy, professional and on time. This service is now my go-to car service every time I visit London.
