Concept Kitchens provided the overall project management for the complete refurbishment of our two bed flat in Islington. Nathalie produced a superb new design for the kitchen dragging the property into the 21st century. It was really good to see Paul & Robin do the extra yards to get this to completion. Dennis and the team designed, specified and installed our kitchen in 2016. The years have shown how well the layout works and it still looks as beautiful as it did then.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new 'Pronorm' kitchen from Concept Kitchens. The service right from the beginning to the end has been exceptional. Sisi and Dennis really considered the design of the kitchen to a high level of detail so that the use of space is very efficient, with the overall aesthetic not being compromised - coming up with innovative solutions to any challenges (like fitting in a utility area in a small space). Their patience and attention to my own requirements ensured that I felt very involved in the design too. The delivery and fitting of the kitchen had to take place during a very stressful time, when 'lockdown' and the COVID situation created a lot of delays to other building works at my house. Whilst the situation threatened to delay the kitchen installation, Dennis fortunately was incredibly patient, reassuring and professional - making every effort to ensure that the kitchen would be ready as soon as everything else had slotted into place. Throughout the kitchen project, I have found Dennis and Sisi very reliable and easy to contact. It has been an excellent experience and I recommend without hesitation.
Designed and fitted a custom kitchen for us - very friendly, insightful and attentive service. Very high quality units/materials etc. And fitted to a great standard too, can’t fault them. I was particularly impressed with the level of communication we got from them. Very regular updates on work progress, delivery schedules etc. Really good.
